Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support cross-departmental projects and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data quality and pipeline efficiency
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Monitor data integrity across systems and troubleshoot discrepancies during night shift operations
- Support real-time data needs for trading floors and global operations teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with night shift or remote work
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale databases (PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and ETL processes
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
