Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and generate performance reports
- Create automated dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data pipelines
- Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions
- Present findings to leadership through executive summaries
- Support overnight system maintenance and data validation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Excel, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools
- Experience working night shift or flexible schedules
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (AWS Redshift preferred)
