Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify operational trends and anomalies
- Create automated dashboards and reports in Power BI/Tableau for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior and inventory needs
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity through quality assurance protocols and documentation
- Support overnight system migrations and data integration projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in healthcare/finance data analysis preferred
