Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Create dynamic visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations for business optimization
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing real-time insights during night shift operations
- Develop automated data pipelines to streamline reporting processes and ensure data integrity

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or 24/7 operations exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and predictive modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business-relevant insights
