Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions for discrepancies
- Collaborate with night shift operations teams to support real-time decision-making
- Develop ad-hoc analytical models to support business objectives
- Document data processes and maintain data integrity standards
- Present findings to cross-functional teams during handover periods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience working with large datasets and ETL processes
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently during night shift hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques preferred
