- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time decision-making

- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive operational improvements
- Document data processes and maintain data integrity standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
