Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time monitoring
- Develop automated data pipelines for ETL processes
- Prepare comprehensive reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handoffs
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality checks
- Present findings to leadership during morning briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing
