Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to generate actionable insights
- Create automated reports and dashboards for executive leadership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to define KPIs and success metrics
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot anomalies in real-time systems
- Present findings through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Optimize ETL processes for overnight data pipelines
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests with rapid turnaround
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with night shift or remote work
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data validation techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (7PM-7AM MST)
