Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions to identify trends and anomalies
- Create automated dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for real-time decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods to ensure seamless operations
- Develop predictive models to forecast business metrics and support strategic initiatives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple databases while adhering to strict compliance standards
- Present findings to stakeholders through concise visualizations and narrative reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or rotational schedule background
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
