Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
- Develop automated dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overnight operations and urgent data requests
- Ensure data quality through rigorous validation, cleaning, and documentation processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise visualizations and executive summaries
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues in real-time during shift hours
- Continuously improve analytical methodologies and reporting frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with night shift or 24/7 environment
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Proven ability to deliver insights under pressure during critical overnight hours
