Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies within the data to support decision-making.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, business-friendly insights.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with the operations team to identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose data-driven solutions to improve productivity.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and optimizing SQL databases to ensure query performance and data security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong query writing skills), Python or R, and experience with spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
