Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure for high-volume production environments.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI technologies, specifically focusing on GenAI and Autonomous Agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define technical roadmaps aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for edge and cloud deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
