Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/Nagios and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols (VPN, ACLs, IDS/IPS) to protect against cyber threats
- Document network topology, changes, and incident reports using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid architecture deployments (AWS/Azure)
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network outages and capacity planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/JNCIA certification or equivalent practical knowledge
- Proficiency in BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and QoS implementation
- Experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela/Palo Alto Prisma)
- Familiarity with Python/Ansible for automation tasks
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure during incidents
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
