Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network outages using Wireshark and SolarWinds
- Implement and manage VPN solutions for remote access
- Support wireless network infrastructure (Wi-Fi 6E)
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid cloud integrations
- Conduct network vulnerability assessments and remediation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA/Palo Alto firewalls
- Strong troubleshooting skills using OSI model
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure networking services
- Ability to lift 50 lbs for equipment installations
