Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Provide Tier 3 support for VPN, VoIP, and wireless networks
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure projects
- Conduct regular maintenance on Cisco ASA and Meraki systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configurations
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Fortinet systems
- Knowledge of Azure AD and AWS networking services
- Ability to create network diagrams and technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills with 24/7 on-call rotation
