Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Perform regular security audits, patch management, and firewall configuration.
- Document network infrastructure changes, configurations, and technical procedures.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to end-users regarding network access and hardware troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT management to plan and implement network upgrades.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or CCNA are highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and VoIP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
