Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems efficiently.
- Perform regular network audits to ensure system security and compliance standards.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and new installations.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and end-users as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in network administration or IT support.
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Experience with Cisco and/or Juniper networking equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
