Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware/software (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols and maintain network integrity
- Document network configurations and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for network-related incidents

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of network administration/support experience

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
