Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN systems including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues with zero downtime SLA
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- 3+ years experience with Cisco/Juniper enterprise networking
- Proficiency in Wi-Fi deployment and troubleshooting (802.11ax)
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network automation (Python, Ansible)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including on-call rotation
