Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Resolve Tier 2/3 network outages within SLA targets
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols
- Document network topology and create runbooks
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid architecture
- Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- Cisco CCNP/Juniper JNCIP certification required
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and QoS
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure networking services
- Strong troubleshooting skills using diagnostic tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with Meraki SD-WAN solutions
- Valid Texas driver's license (occasional site visits)
