Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement and maintain network security protocols (VPN, ACLs, firewalls)
- Document network topology, configurations, and procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve network outages and performance issues
- Support VoIP systems and wireless network deployments
- Conduct regular network audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configuration
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols (BGP, OSPF, STP)
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and SD-WAN solutions
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
