Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Diagnose and resolve complex network outages with minimal downtime
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT solutions
- Provide Tier 3 support for network-related user issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper hardware and virtualization platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with network troubleshooting methodologies
