Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform physical cabling and termination for structured cabling systems (Cat6, Fiber).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues and system failures.
- Conduct routine network audits and security assessments to ensure compliance.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding network access and configuration.
- Document network changes, configurations, and maintenance logs.
Qualifications
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs and work in various environments.
- Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
