Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including VPN and firewalls
- Troubleshoot complex network outages within SLA requirements
- Document network architecture and maintenance procedures
- Support cloud infrastructure integration (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN and cloud networking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
