Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN networks including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues via remote access and on-site visits
- Install and configure VPN solutions for secure remote access
- Document network changes and maintain up-to-date topology diagrams
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on threat mitigation strategies
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network outages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper hardware and Palo Alto firewalls
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
