Responsibilities
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Diagnose and resolve complex network outages within SLA requirements
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Document network configurations and create technical SOPs
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network solutions
- Perform capacity planning and network optimization initiatives
- Train junior technicians on network best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco/Juniper hardware and VMware environments
- Strong analytical skills with network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds)
- Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent written communication for client documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
