Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Diagnose and resolve network outages with SLA-driven urgency
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and troubleshooting
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VPN, and cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet products
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
