You'll gain real-world experience with enterprise networks, cloud systems, and security frameworks. Upon completion, you'll transition into a permanent position supporting Fortune 500 clients across Southern California.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN systems including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols and best practices for network protection
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports
- Provide tier-2 technical support to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in the paid training program to achieve industry certifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network optimization projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ preferred but not required)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call support
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to completing the paid training program (40 hours/week)
