Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
- Perform proactive network troubleshooting to identify and resolve connectivity issues swiftly.
- Monitor network performance and security to ensure maximum uptime and data integrity.
- Support the deployment of new hardware, including routers, switches, and servers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and change logs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal staff regarding network protocols and access.
Qualifications
