Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement network security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document network configurations and update system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity
- Manage VoIP systems and wireless network implementations
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA Network+ certification (or Cisco CCNA/JNCIA)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
