Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Nagios platforms
- Document network topology and create/update SOPs
- Provide Tier 3 support for VoIP systems and wireless networks
- Implement security protocols including VPNs and ACLs
- Collaborate with cloud teams on AWS/Azure hybrid solutions
- Lead network upgrade projects with zero downtime
Qualifications
- CCNA/CCNP certification required
- 3+ years experience with enterprise network infrastructure
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
