Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform cable management and structured cabling installations (Cat6, fiber optics).
- Monitor network performance and diagnose issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding network connectivity and hardware problems.
- Document network configurations and changes accurately in CMDB systems.
- Assist in the deployment of new network infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in various environments.
