What You'll Do:

- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network traffic and performance to ensure optimal uptime and speed.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage user access, permissions, and identity management systems.
- Ensure all network hardware and cabling meet industry standards.
- Document network architecture and technical configurations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Valid CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, and network security protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
