Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- Diagnose and resolve network hardware and software issues promptly.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
- Manage network security protocols and firewall configurations.
- Document network infrastructure changes and troubleshooting procedures.
- Conduct network audits and recommend improvements for scalability.
Qualifications
- Certification in Cisco CCNA or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in network installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and switching protocols.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and remote access technologies.
