As a Network Technician, you will ensure the integrity and security of our network infrastructure. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our local and wide area networks to support business operations.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform regular network audits, security updates, and patch management.
- Resolve complex network connectivity issues and latency problems.
- Document network topology changes and maintain technical documentation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of cabling projects and infrastructure upgrades.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to employees regarding network access and security.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network reliability and uptime.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Cisco CCNA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to off-site locations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
