Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- Perform regular network audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Respond to and resolve network incidents and service tickets in a timely manner.
- Configure and manage firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Perform physical cabling and infrastructure maintenance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new network solutions and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Valid CCNA certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in network troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment for cabling tasks.
