Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and security using advanced tools
- Resolve network issues with minimal downtime (SLA-driven)
- Implement and document network changes using best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex network problems
- Conduct regular network audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent industry credential
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and VMware technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
