Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco IOS
- Resolve network outages and security incidents with SLA-driven response times
- Document network topologies and create/update technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid architecture optimization
- Implement network security protocols including VPNs and access controls
- Support endpoint connectivity and VoIP systems integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues independently
