Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Troubleshoot network outages and security incidents with SLA-driven urgency
- Document network topology changes and create/update technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud teams to hybrid on-premise and AWS/Azure environments
- Implement network security protocols and access controls
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks
- Experience with SD-WAN and network automation (Ansible/Python)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
