Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Perform routine network audits and security updates to ensure system integrity.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software network issues efficiently.
- Manage cabling infrastructure, including fiber and copper cabling.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new network solutions and upgrades.
- Document all network changes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or HP networking equipment.
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry network hardware (up to 50lbs).
