Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper network equipment
- Perform proactive network monitoring and maintenance
- Document network infrastructure changes and configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security implementations
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network issues
- Conduct site surveys for network infrastructure upgrades
- Maintain network documentation using Visio and SolarWinds
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/JNCIA certification required (CCNP/JNCIP preferred)
- Proficiency with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
- Experience with network security solutions (Firewalls, VPNs)
- Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark/SolarWinds
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- ITIL Foundation certification a plus
