Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues using provided diagnostic tools and test equipment
- Implement security protocols and monitor network performance with advanced monitoring tools
- Document network configurations and maintenance activities using our proprietary documentation system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations across multiple sites
- Conduct regular network audits and optimization using provided testing equipment
- Train junior technicians on equipment usage and troubleshooting methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience with Cisco/Juniper equipment
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification required (CCNP preferred)
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG) and diagnostic equipment
- Experience with VPN implementation, wireless networking (802.11ax), and SD-WAN technologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites (equipment provided)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to document technical procedures
