Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and security to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform regular network audits and cable management upgrades.
- Provide technical support and documentation for network changes.
- Collaborate with system administrators to integrate network solutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or similar certification preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and subnetting.
- Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
