Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve outages within SLA
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls to ensure network security
- Document network topology changes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on hybrid cloud solutions
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CCNP certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP
- Experience with VMware and hyper-converged infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (ACLs, IPSec)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
