Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols
- Document network changes and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Provide Tier-2/3 support for network-related issues
- Conduct network vulnerability assessments and remediation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and DNS
- Experience with LAN/WAN optimization and SD-WAN
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network outages
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
