Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and optimize bandwidth allocation
- Resolve network outages and security incidents with minimal disruption
- Document network configurations, procedures, and infrastructure changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations
- Implement network security protocols and compliance measures

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet network equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues under pressure
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
