Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement and manage VPN solutions for secure remote access
- Document network topology changes and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on threat mitigation
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network outages
- Optimize network bandwidth and QoS policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies (e.g., Viptela)
- Strong knowledge of VMware ESXi and virtual networking
- Ability to create network diagrams using Visio/Lucidchart
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and documentation habits
