Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve connectivity issues within SLA targets
- Implement and troubleshoot VPN, VLANs, and wireless networks across 50+ locations
- Document network changes, configurations, and security protocols using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure deployments and Azure integration
- Perform network security audits and remediate vulnerabilities using NMAP and Wireshark
- Provide Tier 3 support escalation for critical outages and coordinate disaster recovery drills
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience with Cisco CCNP/JNCIA certification
- Proficiency in routing/switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, STP) and SD-WAN technologies
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Fortinet security appliances
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) for automation and monitoring
- Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure models
- Ability to troubleshoot complex Layer 2-3 issues and optimize network traffic
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with vendors
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
