Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols and perform vulnerability assessments
- Document network infrastructure and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system outages
- Provide on-site technical support to end-users
- Upgrade network components and optimize system performance
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or relevant certification (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VPN, and wireless networking
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)
