Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Implement and maintain VPN solutions for secure remote access
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP infrastructure
- Document network changes and create technical diagrams
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on firewall management
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP protocols and OSI model
- Proficiency with VLAN configuration and QoS implementation
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network analyzers
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments
- Ability to lift 50 lbs for equipment installations
